The mission of Matthew's Giving Tree Foundation is simply to help families provide the best quality of life for their children who live with disabilities and challenges.

Through the generous donations of our sponsors we offer financial assistance towards the purchase of adaptive equipment and financial support for the medical needs of these children. And in remembrance of the wonderful care that was provided to us, we work to provide scholarship opportunities to students pursuing a career in nursing.
